1. Service Scope
lantler (the "Service") provides project-based backlink management, monitoring, reporting, and billing-related features.
These Terms apply to all use of the Service website and related APIs.
2. Accounts and Access Control
Users may create and access accounts only through Google OAuth login.
Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and must promptly notify the operator of unauthorized access.
3. User Obligations
Users must not submit illegal content, infringing content, unsafe URLs, or any data that may harm third parties.
Abuse, circumvention, and interference with normal Service operations are prohibited.
4. Fees, Billing, and Refunds
The Service offers free and paid plans. Paid checkout is processed by Lemon Squeezy.
Auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the payment processor policies and applicable law. Checkout terms shown at the time of purchase prevail.
5. Service Changes and Suspension
The operator may change, add, or discontinue Service features. Material changes will be announced through reasonable notice.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service does not guarantee SEO outcomes, search rankings, or traffic growth.
To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages may be limited.
7. Intellectual Property
Rights in the Service itself (code, design, branding, and related materials) remain with the operator or legitimate rights holders.
Users retain rights to their submitted data, while granting the operator a limited right to process such data to provide the Service.
8. Suspension and Termination
The operator may suspend or terminate access in case of Terms violations or material risk to Service integrity.
9. Governing Law and Venue
If you use the Service under the Korean interface, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea and disputes are subject to courts with jurisdiction under Korean civil procedure law.
If you use the Service under the English interface, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A. (excluding conflict-of-law rules), and disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
