1. Personal Data We Process
During Google OAuth account authentication, we may process name, email address, and authentication identifiers.
During service use, we may store project data, URLs, backlink records, monitoring results, and reporting events.
For security and operations, we may process IP-based security logs, cookie values (locale), and local storage values (lantler_locale).
2. Purposes of Processing
We process personal data for account authentication/management, service delivery, billing integration, security response, and customer contact handling.
3. Retention Period
Data is retained while the account is active or as needed to fulfill processing purposes, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
Data is deleted or anonymized without undue delay after a valid deletion request or purpose completion, subject to legal exceptions.
4. Third-Party Services and Sharing
We use Lemon Squeezy for billing, which may involve sharing limited data such as email and subscription/order details needed for payment.
We use EmailJS for contact-message delivery and use Google OAuth for authentication.
Third-party providers process data under their own privacy policies.
5. Cross-Border Processing
Because we rely on third-party SaaS providers, personal data may be processed outside your country of residence, including the United States.
We apply reasonable safeguards, including access control and minimization practices.
6. User Rights
Users may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing by contacting privacy@lantler.app.
7. Children
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14 without legally required guardian consent.
8. Cookies and Local Storage
We use cookie/local storage values for language preference retention (locale and lantler_locale).
9. Security Measures
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including hashed passwords, access controls, least-privilege operation, and security logging/monitoring.

Operator identity details (name/address/business registration, if applicable) will be updated once finalized.
11. Policy Updates

For users under U.S. privacy laws, you may request access, correction, deletion, and information about categories of personal data collected and disclosed, subject to legal exceptions.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration, and we do not process sensitive personal information for unrelated secondary purposes.
